Here at CRA we are currently recruiting on behalf of a large firm of Solicitors in Yorkshire with over 160 years' experience. It is for their office in Wakefield that they are looking to take on a Legal Assistant to join their busy Conveyancing Department in their Post-Completions team.

The firm are trusted across the region to have expert knowledge and experience to help across a variety of legal sectors. For this reason, successful candidates are anticipated to have a minimum of 6 months' experience assisting a fee earner with a busy caseload of post-completion matters in order to step into the role and add to the great reputation the firm already has.**

The role will typically involve (at its first stage): submitting the full range of applications to the Land Registry, submitting FR1's, chasing third parties, processing completed registrations and dealing with the full range of administrative duties.

This offers a great opportunity for someone to start their career within a Conveyancing sector. Progression is always available for the right candidate.
