As Account Director, you will lead one of the agency's high profile accounts; exclusively managing the creative strategy for a large project, and all strategic client contact. Working with talented internal creative teams across Europe and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery on brand objectives and business growth.
* Own the brand strategy and proactively influence the client to achieve brand objectives
* Deliver quality and accuracy on all outputs, ensuring work is on brief and on strategy
* Effectively manage all financial aspects of the account and ensure profitability
* Contribute to business development through growth of the existing account and new business prospects
* Management of the assigned account team across different business units; ensuring optimum employee performance through appropriate coaching and guidance
