The chosen candidate will establish, maintain and develop a strongworking relationship with multiple customers and internal teams. AsService Transition Manager, you will manage the transition of any new orchanged IT services from project phase to operational support stage. Key Skills Experience of managing multiple complex Service Transitions and projects Experience of working within complex service support organisationsboth onsite and outsourced and implementing new or changed service designs Identifying and resolving resource conflicts and manages criticaldependencies across many technologies and teams Excellent communication skills in order to build and maintainexcellent relationships with all relevant stakeholders Demonstrable leadership & stakeholder management Ability to engage with people at all levels Excellent written and verbal skills A logical and pragmatic approach to AiS and Service projectmanagement. Responsibilities: Provide planned coordination and management around the delivery ofnew or substantially changed IT services being transitioned from Project stage to Service Operations. Collaborate with PMs and BAs to ensure that Service Ops supportrequirements have been defined and understood and appropriate resource both estimated and planned. Setup project governance for each event / project; liaising with allparties and vendors to ensure that the defined processes are embedded and adhered to Provide consultation to any 3rd Party. Attending CAB where necessaryand running CAB where required Maintaining ongoing and building new relationships with Businessteams and the wider PM community in the business to ensure all new Transition initiatives are captured and assessed correctly. Proactively monitor the adherence to the ITSM governance processes,and implement improvements where required Secure internal and external IT resources required for each project.
