Premier Work Support are currently seeking an experienced Market Researcher, to join an expanding company based in Basildon.
Within the role you will be expected to provide comprehensive support to the Marketing department and organisation, gathering, checking information and undertaking market research projects, alongside supporting the administration function of the department.
This is a business to business role, so outbound calls will be essential. You will be responsible for research into new markets, as directed by the Marketing Manager and will be expected to achieve set objectives. You will oversee all competitor analysis including promotional deals and planned exhibitions.
This role therefore requires someone with excellent attention to detail and first-class telephone skills. You will also need have good administration skills, with accurate typing skills and ability to learn new systems. It is essential you have good verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships. It would beneficial to have outbound sales experience with a proven background of hitting and exceeding targets.
