Senior Sous Chef
Award winning hotel has an opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join themand become part of their respected brigade.
Previous experience in a four or five star hotel is preferred although a high quality restaurant background will also be considered.
You should have proven experience within Rosette establishments and a good eye for detail.
Working hours are 5 over 7, and will include evenings and weekends.
Own transport essential due to split shifts.
