We're looking for a Sous Chef with a strong quality background and a lot of drive! You need to be creative, skilful, a good organiser and know how to lead an equally highly qualified team.
It's key that you have excellent communication skills as you will not only manage your colleagues but also have direct contact with clients.
We're on the hunt for a Sous Chef who can lead a team confidently and is not afraid to step out into the spotlight when it's show time.

What's in it for you?
We might ask for much, but you'll also get an absolutely amazing package! As a Sous Chef you will start with a basic annual salary of £25.000-30.000, depending upon experience. However, for all your hard work, you can earn up to 40% of your salary in overtime and bonuses.

And to put the cherry on the cake (because that's what we like to do) you'll work contract hours, so Monday to Friday- Hello Weekend!
