? Overall responsibility for a portfolio of clients and shared responsibility for many clients; ensuring clients are serviced to the highest standard, whilst developing the long term growth of the business up selling and cross selling in a proactive manner

? Building strong relationships

? Be client focussed and look to completing a task which will have a positive measurable outcome

? Have an awareness and analyse the client and their market

? Understand the client and their business issues

Project Management

? Ensure the smooth process of projects from initial brief through to completion

? Ensure projects are on brand, on brief and delivered to deadline

? To coordinate resource as per the project process

? To pull together content

? To action, plan in and project manage relevant client requests

? To create estimates, budgets and timing plans

? Quality control - proof read and check all work

? Communicate with the internal team and keep everyone in the loop at all times

? Build trust with internal team and resource, working flexibly with a wide range of styles and personalities

Overseeing Project Management

? Support and lead Project Manager 2

? Lead by example

? Encourage and train on best business practice

? Set objectives and review regularly the progress being made

? Ensure that the project management is running smoothly and fulfilling its role in the company

Effective internal communications

? It is necessary to be highly organised and efficient with all internal communications - keep all briefing documents, contact reports, estimates, proposals, client approval, invoices etc up to date

? Work with the team to ensure there is fluid communication throughout projects

? All ideas to improve processes and quality are always welcome

Financial Management

? Effectively negotiate and skilfully balance a passion for highly satisfied clients and suppliers with best business practice

? Guiding client to ensure they get the best from their budget

? Overseeing all project budgets, ensuring profitability

? Make interventions to protect profit margins; negotiate, enhance project, manoeuvre resource, move timelines project etc
