Family Law - Legal Secretary
CRA are currently recruiting for a city centre based Family Law Firm, seeking a legal secretary with a good knowledge of Family Law.
The firm provide high quality advice to support the people involved in the cases. For this reason the successful candidate must have excellent client care skills. It is also essential that they would have previous experience of working in a Family department, or a similar role, as it would be desirable for them to have a good knowledge of the relevant law.
The role will typically involve (but will not be limited to): communication via telephone, letters, email and face to face with clients and other members of staff; audio typing; crown court billing (can be trained); liaising with clients, barristers, courts and other third parties; setting up and closing files; clerking at court when required and working with a Case Management System.
