28-35k Base, 45-50k OTE + Excellent benefits
As a leading provider of retail management solutions, our international client works with the apparel and fashion sector, delivering valued solutions covering: returns management, supply chain services, consolidation, data management and business intelligence. They now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager to target accounts throughout the UK and Europe.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Secure long term, high value, industry leading partnerships
- Identify and approach new “high value” retail prospects
- Work as part of a small team and lead on research, pitch and negotiation stages to secure new partners
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on the development of tailored partnership propositions
- Build network of key decision makers and influencers within prospective partners and the wider commercial sector
- ensure clear reporting on partnership pipeline and targets
The ideal candidate will:
- Be educated to degree level and possess a minimum of 3+ years sales experience gained securing high value partnerships in either a fashion/retail or commercial sales environment
- Have a working knowledge of retail supply chains
- Have a proven record of building long-term effective relationships with corporate partners/clients
- Be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a professional organisation
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills and a broad business understanding
- Demonstrate high levels of self motivation with an ability to captivate and install confidence at every level
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary circa 28-35k with an uncapped OTE of 45-50k plus additional benefits.
