Our client based in Norfolk are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join there team.

Individual Purpose:

  • To ensure the Customer Experience consistently exceeds expectations
  • To a provide a food offering to the highest standards which consistently meets/exceeds with expectations of our guests
  • To ensure that the kitchen working environment and practices meets a 5 star hygiene rating
  • To ensure the behaviours of yourself reflect the Adnams values


  • To assist head chef manage food GP targets by managing food stock and controlling/monitoringProvide input in planning and implementation of menus ideas which reflect seasonality, provenance, innovation, sustainabilityFollow hygiene procedures and maintain highest standards in food hygiene practices and food working environment
  • To develop your product knowledge by active involvement in training and knowledge sharing
  • Maintain stock levels
