My client is a leader in its market and they are currently for Sales Negotiators to join their Dunstable call centre. We are therefore looking for bright, confident team players who are highly driven and self-motivated and who, ideally, have previous sales experience.
The role is customer-oriented and involves both taking inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls to convert initial interest into sales to achieve / exceed regularly set sales targets. You will be selling the company products from inbound telephone enquiries generated by their extensive marketing campaigns and from making outbound calls from their massive database of interested customers.
Previous telesales experience is preferable, but ongoing training and sales guidance will be provided.
The role requires candidates to ideally have:
o Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills
o Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to identify sales opportunities
o Good self-motivation - able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
o Sound customer service skills
o Passionate desire to make money
For full time positions, the normal hours of work are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 (but this may vary in start and finish times between 08:00 and 18:00), plus one day per weekend from 09:00 to 17:00 (but this may vary in start and finish times between 08:00 and 17:00). You will be entitled to take an optional lieu day off for every two weekend days worked (to be taken during week days only, subject to rota requirements), together with one complete weekend off at regular intervals, subject to sufficient staffing levels.
