Programme Risk Manager
The SF Group are recruiting a Risk focused role within a large PMO environment in the central Birmingham area. Your key focus will be to ensure that risk and issues management disciplines and best practice are fully embedded across the programme portfolio, that risk and issue reviews are undertaken at regular intervals and identified risks and issues are appropriately mitigated and reported. Managing a team of 2 assistants you will manage the on-going development and maintenance of risk and issue management plans, processes and associated documentation to agreed timescales and standards. Ultimately your aim will be to create and maintain robust risk registers, undertake qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for high complexity projects and work closely with the PMO Managers to ensure that appropriate risks are elevated and escalated as required.
Ideally the successful candidate will be a graduate but it essential you have PMO experience, the ability to demonstrate the leadership skills required to motivate contacts in achieving the risk and issue management and exposure to statistical risk analysis techniques such as Monte Carlo.
