Graduate Electronic Engineer
Cambridgeshire (commutable from Huntingdon, Cambridge, St Ives, Peterborough)
£24,000pa - £30,000pa

You will be working with a company that designs and manufactures highly complex technology used within a number of industries across the globe. You will be a part of a fast paced team with likeminded people who are all experts in their field. The electronics team is responsible for overcoming complex problems and issues associated with the technology and suits someone who enjoys working as a part of team and having a real impact.

You will be working on prototypes and everything associated with the development of new technology, from design of PCBs to EMC testing and debugging working prototypes. The technology uses a number electronics including analogue, high speed digital, power supply units and microcontrollers. This is not a graduate scheme so you can expect to be treated more like and engineer and you will have an input to from an early stage.

Job responsibilities
Writing firmware for 8/16 bit microcontrollers
Design and building multi-layered PCB prototypes, EMC testing and modelling
Designing products for mass production

The position would suit a graduate that has a passion for electronics outside of a professional environment. This is a project focused role and will provide great exposure across electronics and not one specific area. This will suit someone who want to development and progress inside a large business.

Requirements for this job
2:1 or better in an Electronics focused degree
Has a keen interest in hardware
A career focused induvial who is keen to learn
