Internal Account Manager/Account Consultant

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and result focused individual to join our successful team.
As a Internal Account Manager you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound customer contact. You will establish yourself as the go to person for your customers business communication needs; being proactive and reactive to their requirements.
You will be proficient in overcoming objections and offer solutions by matching and recommending our products and services. Being dedicated to revenue generation and retention means you will remain focused on identifying and exploiting sales/growth opportunities.
Customers will benefit from your ability to deliver a first class service. Your knowledge and understanding of our industry, coupled with the effective way in which you negotiate and present solutions, will enable them to see how you can add value to their business.
A keen eye for detail and organisation is essential, as is the accurate development and maintenance of customer records.
