With a basic starting from £18,000 - you will be able to earn a realistic 1st year OTE of £30,000 as well as enjoy team holidays, high performer lunches and shares in the company.

What does the role entail?
·Sourcing clients through Negotiation, business development, Client meetings and networking at industry leading exhibitions.
·Sourcing top candidates using advertising, networking, Headhunting
·Managing interview processes and also negotiating with clients
·Selling candidates to clients and jobs to candidates
Requirements for the role:
·A passion for sports, and a competitive personality
·Confident approach to Business and negotiation
·Ideally a 2:1 from a top university
·Confident telephone and face to face communication skills
·A strong work ethic, and hugely money motivated
