Potential Sous Chef looking for Head Chef Position
We are currently looking to recruit a head chef for an established & reputable privately owned hotel in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
You will need to be able to oversee menus, food presentation & work closely with the rest of the team.
We are looking for someone with leadership qualities who can ensure all food hygiene, health & safety aspects & current legislation are dealt with accordingly.
The position would ideally suit an experienced sous chef looking for their first role as head chef.
Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders
Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food
Producing menus and new dishes
Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs
