Chef de Partie Exceptional Fine Dining Restaurant
This highly acclaimed 80 cover fine dining restaurant is seeking a talented Chef de Partie with a real passion for food to strengthen the kitchen team.
This restaurant is serving some of the finest British food outside London. The restaurant also caters for private dining, functions and special events etc. Everything is produced in house from scratch using only the best fresh seasonal ingredients available. The kitchen makes the most of modern cooking techniques, standards throughout are high.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen, organize your own prep and hold down your section during service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic chef with good all round kitchen skills, excellent knife work, a flexible "can do" attitude and a real passion for cooking, self-aware with a love of food and above all keen to learn.
Experience to 2 Rosette or Michelin standard would be an advantage.
This is a demanding and rewarding professional kitchen of exceptional quality combining creative flair and attention to detail and provides an excellent opportunity for a talented chef to progress in the industry at the highest level.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar busy fresh food environment cooking to 2 rosette standard with appropriate professional qualifications and/or relevant industry experience.
