Our Client is a well established organisation in the timber and building supplies industry, the company supply a wide range of timber and buildings supplies to trade, builders, developers and contractors across the whole of the UK.
The company are now looking to recruit a Contracts Office Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for sales and profit on sales to major contractors and Regional House Builders in the designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will have an existing customer base national and regional contractor s or house builders, will have excellent product knowledge across the portfolio of building products, will be commercially aware and demonstrate a good knowledge of the building industry, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well established, growing organisation.
Principal responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the Building Supplies Industry.
2. Sales experience - essential
3. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the companies services.
4. To manage the key account list to maximise sales and profit
5. Effective Communicator.
6. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.
7. Computer literate.
