Who you’ll be working for
This fantastic opportunity is for a Desk Based Account Manager to join a rapidly growing telecommunications provider that has been a leader in corporate communication solutions for over 20 years. My client is well established in the telecommunications industry and has a proven track record within voice, IP, mobile, digital and internet technologies.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be calling from assigned campaigns and creating a lead or visit for a field agent, recording information given via customers in CRM and managing inbound call traffic / possible inbound enquiries.
The right candidate will also be able to close and convert sales over the phone, assisting the team field agent with quotes, processing orders and following orders through to implementation. Key to this role will be providing ongoing account management support to existing customers and offering Mainstreams new services through consultative sales approaches.

What experience you’ll need
You’ll have a proven track record in sales with a can do attitude, a willingness to learn and progress in a company that encourages progression and promotion within. The right candidate will be a good team
player but also work individually with the ability to manage their own time.

What you get in return for your talents
In return for your talents you will receive a basic salary of £18k - £25k (depending on experience) with a great commission structure and weekly training to further your skills and knowledge in the telecommunications industry.
