Telesales Team Manager (B2C)

Basic Salary: £28k - £33k (depending on experience) + OTE

The salary package is flexible - depending on your experience, and you’ll benefit from an uncapped, generous and achievable commission package and the chance to develop your career.

Home Telecom are looking for a passionate, sales driven experienced Telesales Manager to manage our growing and busy sales team, based in Horsham.

  • Do you have telesales experience?
  • Can you lead, manage and motivate people?
  • Do you have coaching, mentoring and training experience?
  • Do you have leadership experience? (preferably 2+ years)

The main purpose of this role will be to manage, train and develop our Telesales Executives in our thriving sales environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Training, coaching and managing a high- performance sales team, leading by example.
  • Implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • To introduce fresh incentives to motivate and drive the team.
  • Responsible for the development of all new employees within your team.
