Our client, a leading Law Firm based in Sheffield, are looking to recruit a number of professional, customer focused advisers to join their Motor Claims department.

The Role

*You will be responsible for speaking with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
*Guiding them through a Motor Accident Claim by fact finding through detailed questioning.
*This role requires a strong level of Customer Service, the ability to understand, relate to and build rapport with customers, a professional telephone manner and strong listening skills.

The Candidate

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are able to demonstrate previous experience working within a telephone based, customer focused role.
Candidates with a background in Customer Service, inbound or outbound, are encouraged to apply.
Experience in insurance/claims handling would be preferred, but is not essential as full training would be provided.
