The client services director, who started earlier this year, is well versed in creating very happy teams in known agencies. This is a new client services team being put together within a well-established agency environment.
There are plenty of strong project managers delivering creative services and some very competent sales people in the agency. What the Client Services Director is looking for is a confident, fun, bright, personality to own client relationships, provide first class customer service, take briefs and clearly communicate back to the team and communicate creative proposals back to clients.
