CRM Executive - Manchester - Retail / Email / Segementation
I am currently working with a leading, multi-channel retail brand, who can only be described a true Manchester institution, being part of the city's fabric for over a century. We are looking for a driven, pro-active and passionate CRM Executive who wants to be part of a growing, ambitious and fun team.
As CRM Executive, you will develop and improve customer retention through email marketing, plan activities, write email briefs, manage lists and segments, measure and analyse results utilising findings for future marketing activities.
The CRM Executive will work closely with the email designers and will monitor performance through retention rates, open rates and CTR as well as reducing unsubscribes and building a strong email database striving for continuous improvement of email marketing. This role is ideally suited to an email specialist eager to increase their CRM skills.
As a new position within the business, a CRM Executive with the right attitude has the opportunity to mould this role into their own. There is a lot of scope for development and opportunities to 'make your mark' within the company.
CRM Executive key Duties/Responsibilities:
*Deploying and managing email campaigns including standard/automated/trigger sends.
*Managing the customer database
*Understand the customer life cycle, implement test and learn in order to optimise communications across all channels.
*Defining and implementing segmented and promotional email communication plans.
*Implementing measures to reactivate lapsed and dormant customers plus recommending plans for diversity.
*Working with the multi-channel, buying and merchandising teams to plan promotional email campaigns.
*Continued analysis and measurement of email performance and bench marking against competitors for best practice.
*Constructive analysing/reporting site and content performance
Develop a full email testing plan to test email content, subject lines, send times.
*Manage the monthly direct mail segments, working with the marketing team & merchandising team to define content.
*Support the loyalty team by providing invaluable segmentation analysis.
*Conduct a monthly NPS survey & strive to achieve a higher score each month.
Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience in a CRM or email marketing capacity for 1 year in an e-commerce environment.
*Experience in email marketing tools ESSENTIAL.
*Highly numerate with advanced Excel skills.
*Copywriting skills, to review copy and double-check communications.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
*Highly organised and results-driven.
*High attention to detail.
