POSITION: B2B Desk-based Account Managers

SALARY: £20,000 + £9,000 OTE (UNCAPPED COMMISSION + AMAZING BENEFITS PACKAGE)

LOCATION: Wythenshawe, Manchester

Our client is a globally renowned broadband and telecommunications company selling mobile and telecommunications to both personal and business customers all over the UK. Currently employing the cream of the telesales crop, this is an opportunity for existing desk-based account managers and sales agents to work for a dynamic B2B sales team from their base in Wythenshawe, Manchester.

We are looking for experienced desk-based account telesales agents who are hungry for success and determined to earn great commission… to which there is no limit. Selling just the basic packages alone will earn you over £9,000 in commission. The targets are realistic and achievable; the teams are friendly and supportive; the working environment is open and relaxed; BUT everyone is focused and driven towards success. Once you start here, it’s highly unlikely you’ll want to leave.

Proven sales-people are promoted internally very quickly (we are talking after 6-12 months!) so there is excellent scope for progression if you are hungry to move up the scale of responsibility, and of course with that come increased financial rewards.

THE ROLE:

This a B2B desk-based Account Manager position. Using warms leads and data provided to you from other areas of the business, you will be working on a dialler system to call business customers and to receive calls from them. Using a consultative sales approach, you will explore their needs and challenges and you will explain why your company’s products and solutions are the right ones for them.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • You will IDEALLY be a graduate, with at least 2 years sales experience. If you have desk-based account management experience, this will put you at a distinct advantage;
  • You will have a friendly, open and consultative sales approach and if you are driven by targets and MONEY, then this role will suit you;
  • You will have excellent customer service skills and will thrive off talking to customers and presenting your products and services to them. You will be used to talking to decision-makers and you will love the art of sales and having the ability to influence decisions;
  • You will have an ability to identify business opportunities - and be willing to share and communicate these to other relevant areas of the company, where necessary; and
  • Although this is an internal sales role, presentation is everything and the candidate must have a very high degree of self-presentation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Ideally a graduate (any discipline);

- You MUST have 2 years sales experience (B2B / B2C) and ideally desk-based account management experience;

- A familiarity of / background in telecommunications will be advantageous to your application, but is by no means essential.
