Credit Control Administrator, Salary £16-18k + Benefits package, Based in Adlington Cheshire

We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Control Administrator to work for a leading insurance broker group. The company offer a great working environment with an excellent employee benefits package. The ideal candidate will have experience in a credit control, finance administrator / accounts administrator or similar office admin based role.

This role is based in the busy Credit Control team, located in the Finance department, and ensures client payment information is kept up to date.

Core Activities

    Processing and allocating BACS, cheques and car payments in a timely and accurate manner to maintain up-to-date information about the debtProcessing journalsSetting up and uploading loan agreements onto the online systemCompleting and uploading necessary documentsAssisting the Credit Controllers in the administrative side of the debt recovery processEmergency/holiday cover for the other members of the finance team, and other ad hoc work as required

    Candidate requirements

      Attention to detailFast and accurate numerical data entry skillsConfidentialityGood communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExperience in an office environmentExperience in a credit control, finance administrator / accounts administrator or similar role is highly desirable

      Working Hours/Days: 37.5 hpw (M-F)
