This stunning brasserie, which is located in a superb London location, is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. This establishment serves fine British/European cuisine with a strong focus on using sustainable, locally sourced produce. There are also corporate and private events hosted at the venue. You must have experience within a high standard fine dining environment as well as working with large volumes.
Run in partnership by well-established restaurateurs, the company has already acquired other sites which will see a great opportunity for you to be promoted within the group.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. A salary of £30,000 to £32,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
