Business Development Executive
Due to growth my client a high-end private insurance and risk management consultancy who specialise in the Lloyds and Insurance markets have a newly created role for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven commercial insurance experience to join their award winning team. Based within vibrant offices and reporting into the Managing Directors this is an exciting time for the firm who are experiencing record growth.
This is a rare opportunity with exceptional training for a bright and successful sales professional with highly effective interpersonal skills who is looking to take their career to the next level. As such access to all of the tools you need along a personal development plan and years of expertise will be hand to support you to exceed expectations and achieve personal and professional success within a highly buoyant specialist market.
Candidates will have 3-4 years commercial sales experience and while undertaking training you will work closely with the senior management team to develop new business and convert warm clients by building relationships via telephone and face-to-face meetings. Therefore, a proven successful sales track record, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills along with a flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid small team environment are essential!
Clients will mainly be based in London, Home Counties and around the M25 with very occasional travel to wider regions as such an own car driver (travel expenses paid) is a prerequisite.
