Programme Manager - Management Consultancy
This is a unique role within the Consulting Division of a management consultancy that provides consulting and training to their clients, many of which are very well-known organisations. They are about to begin a high-profile Learning and Development Programme on behalf of the government, and they need a Programme Manager to oversee the rolling out of the project, and manage the project to the highest standard.
The Programme manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end project life cycle from initiation and setup, serve as the main point of contact for clients, and lead the project team.
Although there is no connection with the Insight team, a senior research/project manager could fit right into the role because they will be used to managing projects which can change on a frequent basis. Although no formal project management qualifications are required, Prince II would be useful. You must have demonstrable experience leading large and complex projects, with experience on global projects preferred
This is tight-knit team so your communication skills and team working should be second to none. A psychology degree would be a real advantage for this role, along with a demonstrable interest in Learning and development. In return the agency offers a great salary and brilliant benefits package.
