Sales Support Specialist
My client in the IT sector are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their expanding team at their offices near Reading.
You will be responsible for managing the ongoing sales and service relationships for existing customers.
* Understand customer requirements, prepare quotation to provide the customer
* Follow up quotation and agree sales
* Chase suppliers and check stock levels
* Receive goods, update inventory and coordinate for the work to be completed
* Manage and process renewable items including software licensing
* Contribute to department KPI's and provide necessary forecasting information
* Assigning and posting engineering tickets
* Prepare reports
* Dealing with customer complaints
The ideal candidate will have worked for an IT company either as sales support or an administrator/coordinator. It would be useful to have a working knowledge of IT terminology and a good understanding of sales.
