In Recruitment are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie for a superb 2 AA rosette Hotel that is situated in this popular coastal town in South West Cornwall.
The Pastry Chef de Partie will create all manner of baked goods, pastries, and confections, and other desserts for the hotel’s restaurant. On a daily basis, the Pastry Chef de Partie you will prepare ingredients, and handle baking or other kitchen equipment.
In addition to being knowledgeable about the science behind baking and pastry-making process, you must also possess artistic skills in decorating cakes and other creations and other custom-made desserts for special occasions.
Your tasks may also include ordering new supplies and ingredients, and ensuring that the kitchen complies with all health and safety regulations.
