Sous Chef - Fine dining - £23K to £28K - Live in available - Eastbourne

The Restaurant

Do you fancy relocating to the South Coast and working in a top five star hotel and joining a fine dining brigade in a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and really progressing your Chef career.

Experience

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef or a very strong Chef de partie to work in our fine dining brigade. You must have a passion for fine food and an eye for presentation. Experience required of working in a luxury hotel, have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. Rosette experience preferable, must be qualified to level 2 NVQ or equivalent. Good attitude, work well under pressure and have a good command of the English language.

Salary

£23,000K/£28,000K depending on experience

Live in available

Every Sunday and Monday off

Working five days over seven, straight shifts

Staff accommodation available, including full board to help with relocation

28 days holidays per annum including bank holidays
