Page Personnel are currently working exclusively with our client in Chesterfield who are currently looking to extend their Payroll team.
Our client is a well established automotive business within Chesterfield who are rapidly growing within South Yorkshire
As the Payroll Administrator you will be reporting directly into the Payroll Manager, your duties will be:
Shared responsibility for the process of monthly payrolls up to net pay for 1300 employees, updating all forms of data with regards to colleague records, input of Starter records and completion of Leaver Process, dealing with colleagues on an ad-hoc basis to resolve payroll issues, completion of third party correspondence and any additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
-Must be immediately available
-Organised and able to meet deadlines and targets
-Courteous manner when dealing with colleagues
-Good Excel Skills
-Must be able to work on own initiative
-Previously worked as a Payroll Administrator
