The Role - Experienced SEN Teacher
This Ofsted Outstanding School are wanting to appoint an experienced SEN Teacher. They are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and fun SEN teacher, someone who will bring the best out in the children. You must have a proven track record of building rapports and gaining the children's trust, this will give the children confidence and give them the best possible start to a great future. The successful candidate will have to plan, prepare and deliver lessons, adapted to each individual's ability. You will have experience tailoring the curriculum to suit each child's interest as well as their ability to learn. This is a role suited for a committed and passionate teacher who would like to join a friendly team. You will be expected to attend meetings with the senior leader ship team and other professionals to plan progression reports for the following term. You will manage 2 TAs who will support you with all daily activities.
