Mitrem Recruitment are now looking to attract quality sales personnel for a leading global firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for any individual to join an innovative, dynamic and expanding team. This position is tailored towards anyone who enjoys building relationships, taking advantage of sales opportunities and hitting group targets. The role will benefit from someone who is comfortable in retaining the interests of existing clients, as well as reaching out to potential leads through outbound sales activities and other initiated campaigns.

OTE £32K

Although a strong element of salesmanship is required, the need to nurture, guide and accommodate your customers will be key. The majority of your sales duties will be centred over the phone, so owning an impeccable telephone manner and having spirited communication skills is very much desired. Ultimately, you will be judged on qualifying new business leads and maintaining the relationships of established clients.

What You Need:

* Previous experience within an outbound, sales focused role.
* A determined attitude.
* The ability to build rapports and guide customers.
* Target driven, both individually and as a team.
* A basic knowledge of current technology as well as emerging trends.
* A confidence to approach uncharted territory and formulate new business leads.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Your Responsibilities:

* Qualifying new business leads.
* Development of new business & growth of existing client accounts.
* Developing into a subject matter expert on product sets.
* A responsibility to recognise where specialist advice is needed; based around regulatory or fair trading and competition standards.
