A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced German speaking Sales Administrator to join a well established and expanding company based in Sheffield. The location would be suitable for commuters from Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherham and there are good access links for non-drivers.

My client is looking for an experienced German speaking Sales Administrator to join the team. This role would ideally suit a fluent/native German speaker who has experience with Customer Services, Sales Order Processing, Internal Sales or Account Management of International clients.

Typical duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Regular interaction with accounts from German speaking countries
- Sales order processing
- Account Management
- Following up on leads/ enquiries coming into the office via Phone/Fax/ Email
- Quoting for works to be completed
- Working to KPI's and SLA's
- Assisting with basic marketing: E-Shots, document translation and brochure creation
- On occasion, to represent the business at German exhibitions

The ideal candidate will be /have:

- Native/ Fluent German Speaker - Essential
- Experience with sales admin, customer services, internal sales, marketing
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and conflicting priorities
- Ability to work to KPI's and SLA's
- Experience with following up on leads/ enquiries
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable team player
