Paid Search Account Manager - The Company

My client are part of one of the largest players in the world offering advertising, creative and media services from offices in over 70 countries with more digital staff than any other agency. They've had a great year so far with a multitude of new client wins encompassing some world famous FMCG and Fashion brands as well as many other new clients. They have a well-developed learning and development program and a sociable and meritocratic environment.

Paid Search Account Manager - The Role

You will provide support to the team and help deliver immaculate clients service across our Paid Search activity. The role will expose the individual to the advertising opportunities within Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo!, YouTube and Gmail. You will learn to plan, build and optimise advertising campaigns across these digital channels. They are looking for a passionate individual who has experience working on international ecommerce accounts across paid search and shopping campaigns. You will have a working knowledge of other engines such as Yandex and other ad formats such as YouTube, Gmail and Yahoo Gemini and ideally experience using bid management platforms such as Doubleclick. You will be keen to demonstrate key learnings and best practice adoption across the account as a result of running comprehensive tests. You will be comfortable with numbers and dealing with managing finance processes (PO, bookings, reconciling). You will be results-driven, inquisitive and have a very strong attention to detail. You will have a firm background in client communications and thrive at prioritising and organising tasks and projects. Your role will include the management of an account executive and account assistant. You will have experience in people management and development, with the ability to get the best out of your team.

Working directly with Account Director on delivering clients' KPI's
Managing and distributing tasks to junior team members
Managing and reconciling large budgets
Developing forecasts via Excel
Providing client reporting via Excel and dashboard systems
Managing campaigns using third party tools
Managing client relationship and owning clients' development and growth
Managing third party tool relationships

Paid Search Account Manager - Key Skills

Minimum 2 - 2.5 years Paid search related experience
Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
Competent Mathematical Ability
Creative & Inquisitive Mind
Interest In Digital Media
Team player
Team management and Leadership skills
Client relationship building skills
High level presentation skills
Other digital channel experience would be beneficial
eCommerce and Google shopping experience
