Our client owns and runs three leisure and tourist attractions in the West Kent area. They are looking for an ambitious and experienced telephone sales person to be the first point of contact for all private and corporate clients requiring event and conference information. Your role will be pivotal in actively selling the businesses over the phone with warm, cold and self-generated leads.

Following a three month probationary and training period it is envisaged that you will develop the next stage of your career and become a Sales Executive, where you will attend your own appointments with new clients and manage existing and new business accounts.

It is essential that you have previous experience in sales and are confident with excellent telephone communication skills. You will need to be self-motivated and passionate about sales and events, as well as having good attention to detail and the ability to follow the sale through.

It will be desirable for you to have previous hospitality experience and the ability to work under pressure.

The basic salary for this position is £23-£25,000 depending on experience. The OTE is £28,000.
