Programme Analyst

Interquest Solutions are currently working on behalf of their client, looking for a Annuity Programme Analyst to join their team

Job purpose

*Support Annuity Line of Business for all post sales annuity activity across Europe.
*Produce Business Information reports and detailed analysis of units in service, revenues, and margin for annuity improvement
*Support specific Annuity programmes to retain, protect and replace contracted install base.
*Support data management needs of Annuity & Service division
*Develop programmes to support annuity long term goals and strategy
*Dealer Loyalty tracking and actions to improve after sales revenue and margin

Budget and management responsibilities

*Budgeted annuity revenue 1.8 billion Euros
*Material costs of parts and supplies 1 billion Euros
*Liaising with 21 subsidiary operating units, and central management functions
Key results area
*Generate and analyse management information to support tracking and decision making related to annuity business
*Capture, understand, and deliver KPI and measurement needs supporting the Annuity line of business dashboard
*Contribute to each operating unit improving /achieving / maintaining a high level of understanding of the annuity measurements.
*Develop good understanding of SHARE (Oracle) ERP system, Skills to manage data and create standardised reports of annuity measurements across Europe adopting a best business practice approach.
*Engage in multiple business led projects across European operating units to provide continuous business improvements.

Scope for impact
Impact on the company's annuity related revenue, margin and growth through providing accurate results information and new tools / measurements to provide business improvements on revenue and margin.

*Annuity team members
*Sales and Marketing teams across the company
*Close working relationship with members of the Operating Company's Annuity Performance Management team
*Working relationship with Share team

Knowledge, skills and experience required

*Degree level candidate
*Strong Excel skills essential. Good Access skills and experience in structuring and managing large datasets (flat text files) desirable.
*Knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and producing high quality business information dashboards and operational reports efficiently and consistently.
*Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and complexity
*Independent and inquisitive approach to work
*Good communication skills.
*Foreign language an advantage.
