Exciting Associate Director role – Integrated Comms – Cool premium brands! This an extremely rare opportunity to join a dynamic agency where due to the excellent benefits and relaxed culture. The senior team have been with this well respected agency for a good 4-8 years and an opportunity at associate director level rarely comes up! Our client is a creative integrated agency, they work closely with their clients to develop compelling, creative ideas and strategies helping brands get involved with people in the most authentic way possible. This cool agency create campaigns that will be discussed, shared and remembered. They have an incredible team of 20+ experienced and connected PR professionals who are passionate about what they do and the clients they work with. You will be working across a range of exciting consumer lifestyle, premium food and drink, sport and cool fashion clients. We require an ambitious and outstanding person with multi-channel experience across Creative & PR, Digital & Social, Events & Experiential agency offerings, with a love of new business and pitching. This person should be connected and creative, with an eye for detail and an ability to put together great presentations at a moment’s notice. They should be a great team player and be able to manage clients brilliantly in order to deliver stand-out cross channel campaigns that generate real cultural currency and brand love. Global and European central agency experience is desirable. Desired skill set Experienced, exciting, solid associate director with a heavy creative slant. Thorough understanding of drinks brands Digital and social strategy development and delivery of integrated campaigns Demonstrate an ability to direct a number of high pressure/high income accounts simultaneously Hit the ground running with a clear ability to build rapport quickly with clients, demonstrating a consultative approach Experience in pitching & winning new business, managing and developing a team - a confident new business pitcher that gains trust and respect from potential new clients and can lead the development of a new business pitch with support from their team. Team building & staff development – show experience of running team members appraisals, dealing with team issues and ensuring HR processes run smoothly Resource and team planning Budget management and commercial awareness Confident networking and communicating with Board members and Senior client contacts Impeccable oral and written communication skills Sound strategic thinking and creativity If you feel you have the skills and experience for this role then please apply now!
