A leading PR consultancy specialising in the technology sector are currently seeking a creative and strategic Account Manager to join their sociable team. You will be delivering impactful B2B technology PR campaigns for innovative technology brands – they are all about storytelling. Clients include global mobile phone companies, AI companies, and IT and cloud software as well as inventive, up-and-coming start-ups. The agency have won lots of new business recently and are looking to hire at all levels so it is a really exciting time to join. The role would suit an entrepreneurial go getter who is looking to get stuck in and join a fun team! The role will involve: Managing teams on all different accounts, generally acting as ‘hub’ of account – upwards and downwards Writing and editing press releases, by-liners, media alerts, research reports, blogs Development of proactive and creative campaigns Client liaison – running meetings and presentation development Spotting and managing news hijacking campaigns Running all media sell-ins Hosting press briefings New business – pitching, presentation development and research The ideal candidate will have: Experience of delivering B2B or technology PR campaigns A network of media contacts across both trade and national press A knowledge of current key issues within the industry Excellent communications skills, with the ability to speak with people of all levels and a variety of audiences This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with technology PR skills to work with a number of pioneering brands across the sector.
