This independent international consumer PR agency has just won a number of high profile business tech clients and is looking for anew Account Director to join them and lead these accounts as well as help grow this part of their business. This role would suit someone who has real business tech / B2B experience, and is looking to work with a young, creative agency, that also holds multiple consumer and consumer tech clients. They want a candidate to be a key influencer in growing their existing business tech client base. This agency has a very creative, and supportive environment to work in, but is also very ambitious in its growth targets. They’re looking for dynamic staff that want to seize these opportunities, provide senior counsel, and great comms, and grow in an agency that plans to more than double in size over the next three years. The Role: Oversee the existing teams and grow retained clients Own new business for your area and successfully win pitches Play a role in the growth of the agency’s business and its systems / organisation / tools and procedures The agency offers competitive salary and benefit package, including performance related annual bonuses, unlimited holidays, and a strong training and mentoring set up to support staff and progress careers Salary dependent on skills and experience, band for AD is £44,000 to £54,000.
