Office Administrator:

Primary duties will include:
- Organise travel arrangements, meetings and appointments for management/engineers
- Stock control of Evergreen products/equipment/office stationary/warehouse activities
- Supervise and monitor the weekly work schedules of employees and contract staff
- Organise staff training and maintain employee training records
- Management of company accounts: including the processing of sales orders, raising purchase orders, delivery notes, credit notes and sales invoices and processing expenses
- Reconcile invoices and authorise for payment
- Contact existing debtors for payment of outstanding invoices
- Contact existing supply chain on raised PO’s, report progress and update management
- Organise transportation of goods from vendor to customer with approved transport companies
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Provide support in tender preparation and financial and quality audits
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Open and sort post
- Other admin duties as and when required
- Provide support and holiday cover for the Office Manager

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role essential

Must be reliable and hardworking with good attention to detail, excellent computer literacy and numeric skills, excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and willing to learn.

Place of work: Hinckley, LE10
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (40 hours per week)
Salary : £16,000 - £18,000 pa dependent on experience
