A high profile Global Insurance Group based in the City seeks a Business Solutions Consultant, experienced in a project environment, with business analyst skills, who has an understanding of busines architecture, stakeholder management. This is a role for someone (ideally graduate educated) to develop, and for them to develop in this role being a very good role for someone to step into if they have business analyst or project manager experience. This will be a busy role with vast projects in the pipeline to develop Office 365 and Cloud. Insurance background is highly beneficial.

The role will be assisting and responsible for facilitating change in the company, covering multiple aspects, people, process, organisational structure, operating models, technology. Stakeholder analysis and management, impact assesment, planning and execution. Managing project deliveries including business and technology components. Feasibility studies, risk assesment. Working within time, budget and resource restraints, define business architecture and assist. Perform a variery of analysis, update reporting, ensuring quality deliverables.
