Due to an increase in business an opportunity has arisen at a food Products company for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy family friendly team.
Based in Stoke On Trent, the ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an end to end purchase ledger position and have the ability to work well unsupervised. Reporting into the Financial Controller, your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
• End to end Purchase Ledger
• Supply reconciliations
• Matching between 100-120 delivery notes
• Sending out remittances
• Requesting customer statements
• Ad hoc queries
Skills / Abilities
• Experience of working in a busy accounts environment.
• Experience of processing high volumes invoice processing.
• Experience with Sage Line 50 (or any similar system)
• Ability to work well under pressure.
