To support management team with financial analysis and advice, seeking to drive through improvement in the financial performance and control. To properly maintain the financial records of the business, providing a complete, timely and accurate financial reporting function to management team and central office.

Exciting and rapidly growing hospitality business based just outside Cambridge


You'll be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, payroll control in conjunction with HR, cost control and all financial matters relating to your hotel as well as being the driving force behind the financial management and strategy for your hotel.

The Financial Controller will work closely with the GM of the Hotel, providing quality financial control and commercial information to the business.

They will be responsible for proactive financial analysis, FP&A, and strategic planning.

They will also need to ensure a robust control framework is in place, including effective systems to manage cash flow.


The ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience preferably within a self-accounting environment, strong interpersonal skills, organised and the ability to work under pressure.
