Expenses Administrator - 12 month fixed term contract - £18,000 - £19,000

Your new company
My client, a renowned international business based within the manufacturing industry is currently recruiting for an expenses administrator. This is a full-time role working within the companies busy and diverse shared service centre on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Your new role
Your new role has developed in order to support the Payroll Manager in regards to ensuring the accurate and timely payment of expenses. You will be responsible for processing expense invoices and ensuring payments are made in an accurate and timely manor, you will also be responsible for resolving any expense related queries and providing general business support in relation to expenses.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar finance role, ideally within expenses processing. It is essential that you have excellent communication and organisation skills along with strong attention to detail. You must have the ability to work to strict deadlines and the ability to manage a busy workload. Previous experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential.
