The Role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have a varied role which will mainly include working with the West End's Private sector Commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Dilapidations
  • Building surveys
  • Defect diagnosis
  • Prepare and present design proposals
  • Specifications
  • Neighbourly matters
  • Client liaison

This is an expanding team of Surveyors located in a large open-plan, state of the art office.

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor

This role is ideal for a Chartered Building Surveyor with a more Professional Building Surveying background;

  • Minimum 3 years Private Practice/Consultancy experience
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Experience in dealing with Professional Building Surveying matters
  • Committed to career progression
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
