Business Development Manager (BDM) / Intermediary Account Manager

South West England

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing, forward thinking Financial Services organisation who specialise in Bridging Finance. You will maintain long term client relationships with Mortgage brokers/introducers and maximise and generate work by actively and effectively promoting their services throughout the South West of England.

Responsibilities include:

To maintain, develop and increase quality and quantity of business from key Mortgage introducers/brokers
To promote services through face to face visits with Mortgage brokers/introducers.
Regular attendance at mortgage events and exhibitions
Promote the company through networking
Ensuring quality assurance and compliance standards are met
Providing a professional and efficient service to all clients

Candidate requirements:

Must have Bridging Finance Experience
Must have intermediary relationships
Highly positive and proactive
Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external networks
Results driven and focused
Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
