A client side consultancy are seeking ambitious development coordinator for their expanding team.
Your new company

Your new role
As Development coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Development Team in the preparation of supporting documents for property acquisitions going through the planning process. This will include duties such as auditing, digital documentation production, CAD Drafting in AutoCAD, and project management.
What you'll need to succeed
As the newly appointed Development coordinator, you will need to be ambitious, and pay great attention to detail. You will also be educated to a minimum HND in a construction related discipline, along with three years PQE, ideally with a housebuilder, developer, or consultancy. You will need to be proficient in AutoCAD, have excellent IT skills, and knowledge of the planning system.
