Account Director - B2B
Our client, a leading B2B agency is looking to hire a senior AD to lead some of its key accounts.
It's a great opportunity to be join a bunch of bright, strategic, hard-working and sociable people in great offices in the heart of the West End. As an agency they really look after their people, and there is a real focus on career development and job satisfaction.
This is a key role for the agency. You'll be helping to grow the business by managing and strengthening client relationships by really getting to grips with their concerns and interests and anticipating their client needs
Leading the strategic direction for key clients
Taking ownership of a key account's P&L and be responsible for its profitability
Getting involved in new business pitches
Helping to develop the skills, experience and careers of more junior team members
Who we're looking for:
-Someone with strong integrated experience - from branding to digital to ATL and a proven track record of managing multiple projects
-An interest and understanding of B2B marketing
You'll need heaps of gravitas and confidence and be able to gain the respect of your clients and agency colleagues
-An ability to spot great creative work and inspire creative teams
-Show enthusiasm, creativity, humility and humour
-Experience of B2B, FS or tech clients would be a plus
